If you are not selected for the Fully Funded scholarship, your application is automatically considered for the Self Funded, Forum Access or Instalment routes based on availability.
Applicant ID Generated
Upon submitting your application, your unique Applicant ID is generated.
Portal Access via Email
Portal access credentials and login details are shared with shortlisted candidates via email.
Interview on Portal
Shortlisted candidates will complete their official selection interview directly through the portal.
Scholarship Decision
Successful candidates are awarded the Fully Funded place, and travel and accommodation instructions follow.
Apply on Merit
Apply for a fully funded, merit-based scholarship to attend YPEF Hong Kong 2026. Limited places are awarded on academic merit and demonstrated leadership.
